Cooking Oil

With the largest palm and coconut plantations, Indonesia has abundant raw materials for the manufacture of cooking oil. This is evidenced by Indonesia being one of the largest producers of cooking oil from palm and coconut.

As it is known that the by-product of the process of making cooking oil is also useful for humans. For example, PFAD & CFAD can be used as raw materials for making soap. Likewise, palm shells and coconut shells can be used as biofuels.

Palm Olein CP10

RBD Palm Olein CP10 has good quality for frying. It has gone through various purification processes such as refining, bleaching, deodorizing which makes it very high quality for cooking.

CP10 has an iodine value of 54-56 & cloud point max 10.0 °C. Another advantage is that it doesn’t change the taste of the fried food because it doesn’t have an aroma so you can really feel the taste of your food to the fullest.

Coconut Olein

RBD Coconut Olein is made from coconut that has been processed to get the oil from the flesh of the fruit. Coconut will be processed to take the flesh which is then processed into copra. The copra will be reprocessed to take the oil which we then call crude coconut oil. This oil will be processed again into various products, one of which is coconut cooking oil.

Through various processes such as purification, bleaching, deodorizing which makes it very high quality for cooking. Currently coconut oil has been widely used throughout the world.

Coconut Olein has a clearer color than palm olein. In terms of use, coconut olein is better in terms of reuse for frying compared to palm olein.

Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO)

VCO is coconut oil that is processed and extracted from fresh coconuts using standardized food processing technology, and does not use chemical processes.

The use of VCO is common in the world as a health supplement, various internal medicines, and as a medicine for external diseases such as skin and cosmetics.

Refinery Side Product

CFAD

Coconut Fatty Acid Distillate (CFAD) is a byproduct of the physical refining of coconut oil. Coconut Fatty Acid Distillate (CFAD) cannot be consumed directly like pure vegetable oil. Because, this vegetable oil is in the form of raw materials. The processed raw materials will later be mixed with other ingredients to become a finished product that can be used for manufacturing such as soap and cosmetics.
